ABOUT THE IMAGE: "I can move! I can talk!" Pinocchio is granted life in this fantastic original animation drawing from Walt Disney's timeless classic Pinocchio. Created for the moment seen at 16:26 mark of the film, this 12 field 5-peghole drawing is rendered expertly in graphite and color pencil. Pinocchio measures a centered 5" tall on the drawing, and the piece bears an official Walt Disney stamp with the production, sequence, and scene numbers 2003, 1.5, and 26. The drawing also bears the handwritten frame number C102. A great image of Pinocchio from his first scenes of life!

Tom Everhart is a celebrated American painter whose work uniquely bridges the worlds of fine art and popular culture through his exclusive use of Charles Schulz’s Peanuts characters. Initially trained at Yale School of Art and later mentored by Schulz himself, Everhart transitioned from traditional illustration and architectural rendering to a bold, expressive painting style after a life-altering battle with cancer in the late 1980s.
