ABOUT THE ARTIST: JC Richard is a Commercial & Fine Artist from Salem, Massachusetts. Best known for his picturesque art prints and movie posters, his past and current commercial work includes illustration, concept & design for Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, DC, Universal, Sony Entertainment and the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. He has cultivated a dedicated collector following around the world, and has exhibited prints and originals in galleries from New York to LA, San Francisco, Chicago and Austin, as well as internationally in such locales as Singapore and China. He also assists with Creative Direction and Artist Development for Cyclops Print Works / Disney Fine Art.

ABOUT THE FILM: Frozen is a 2013 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures.  The film is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's 1844 fairy tale The Snow Queen. It tells the story of a fearless princess who sets off on a journey alongside a rugged iceman, his loyal reindeer, and a naïve snowman to find her estranged sister, whose icy powers have inadvertently trapped their kingdom in eternal winter.

Frozen won two Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song, Let It Go.  Other awards include a Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film, BAFTA Award for Best Animated Film, five Annie Awards, two Grammy Awards and two Critics' Choice Movie. An animated short sequel, Frozen Fever, premiered on March 13, 2015, an animated featurette titled Olaf's Frozen Adventure, premiered on November 22, 2017, and a feature-length sequel, Frozen II, was released on November 22, 2019.
